Another good wire services that there's available is called: Money Gram. It's usually offered @ Wal-Mart or some banking institutions & usually runs a lot less than the western union prices.

Yes, But it takes a little planning.
Go to Wal*Mart buy a green dot card. send them the green dot card. then just get the reloads.

2nd option, open up a free checking account. don't get the checks. just get the instacheck card. send them the card. Then just deposit money in the account.
