because i want to be able to play fulltilt poker but i dont have a credit card nor a checking account i need a way to transfer some of my saving account money to an online prepaid debit or something any suggestions?

The only way I know is to go to the bank and pull out some of the savings account money, then put it into a checking account where you have a debit card for online stuff.

If you don't have a checking account and debit card, maybe you can purchase a prepaid credit card to use online.

I really don't like the idea of attacking your savings for poker playing. That's money you'll never see again.

Try getting one of those American Express or Mastercard pre-paid. Stores like Safeway or Albertsons have them.
