Depends who you bank with, some bank transfers to other accounts is immediate, others can take a few days...
Give us a little more information, and we may be able to answer your question properly....

Maybe they lost interest in the question - "lost interest" geddit?
If you are saying it takes a number of working days to appear in your new account, switch banks. I can go into the Halifax and they will do it instantaneously.
The reason banks do this is so they can keep your money in limbo (and earn interest on it themselves) without paying you interest.

Although you did not finish your sentence. However, your bankers are efficient by telling you that your transfer from Savings to Current Account have been effected.
