My friend is buying a car off of me for over $13,000 and I need to know the quickest and safest way for him to send me the money from his checking account to my checking account. Any ideas? Thanks.

Wire transfer. It is the quickest and easiest. Next is a cashiers check sent via FEDEX or hand delivered. Pay pal but I don't know if they go that high.

If you both have the same bank you can transfer through the banks online website. I transfer money into my BFs account all the time. Either that or white him a check.

Contact your bank, I know bank of america does it, I have transfered funds before through them, however I have them and so did the other person. Their maybe a limit on how much you can transfer. .
