I need to know if this type of transfer is possible and if so how can it be done....please help!

it is called a cash advance and is the least intelligent thing to do . even if ur married to the person ur rates will be 29% or more - is that smart. late fees are that bad.

it would probably have to be like a cash advance (which have really high interest rates) and then take that money to the bank

If you both have Paypal, that would be an option. Other than that, you'll need to get a cash advance on your credit card. That will probably cost a 3% fee plus a high interest rate with no grace period.

Also, see if your credit card offers checks that can be deposited into someone's account. I have these and yes the interest rate is higher. Or, you can actually go to the bank and ask for a cash advance off of your card and then deposit into the account.

I think that unless you want to do a cash advance you have to use a third party like pay-pal or epassporte. :)
