I think you mean how do I convert my USDollars to Euros. Just open a Euro account with the bank you are using now and convert some of your USDollar holding to Euros. Now you have 2 accounts, anytime you have made a profit from your strengthening Euro you can take profit by selling it and convert back to US$.

i know a guy that makes money buying and selling different countries currency as the exchange rates go up and down. the interesting thing is, he does all of his transactions at the exchange kiosk at the airport. he pays a small transaction fee and then cashes out when the rate moves in his favor. he's not getting rich, but he's making a pretty good sideline income. and, he never loses on his transactions, he buys low and sells high every time.

The bank can exchange Dollars to Euro's but it would be a bit expensive. I would recommend (if you are taking a trip) take enough Euro's for your first day or so and then exchange as needed in Europe. Assume you are taking a trip. My experience is it is more convenient and cheaper in Europe...
