i had a water line break in my house and my sister said she would loan me money but she lives so far away and i need the money now, so is there a way to transfer money from her paypal to mine?
Also when she sends it to my paypal dose it put it directly on my debit card, or do i have to do something to make it go on my card?
You can do this, just go to your PayPal accounts and follow the directions for billing someone.

Yes you can have it transferred to your pay pal account. She would have to go to their site Pal Pal.com and make it happen from there. If you have a debit card from pay pal it will be directly accessible to you. However if you do not, you may have to wait a few days for the money to get transferred from your pay pal account to the bank account that is tied to it. As far as I know, the only way that you can get the money directly from your Pal pal account is if you have their debit card (which I have found to be very handy!)

yes its called queso cash. She will need to have the cash in the account and Click Send money Just need your email address tied to your paypal and type it in the box of who she wants to send money to, BUT if YOU are a business member paypal still nails YOU for the 3% no way around it. Kind of sucks. But if they have a personal paypal account no fees will be charged and vice versa. A way I use to do it with my dad is have him send me the money and then I would choose the refund option to repay him. Its in the details section of the payment information. If you do it that way when your ready to pay her back it refunds the fee's too ;o)
Any funds available will be on your debit card
