is there a way to transfer money from one paypal to another without purchasing something on ebay?

i had a water line break in my house and my sister said she would loan me money but she lives so far away and i need the money now, so is there a way to transfer money from her paypal to mine?
Also when she sends it to my paypal dose it put it directly on my debit card, or do i have to do something to make it go on my card?

Yes, have her select to send funds to you and select "quasi-cash." Once the transfer is finished you'll need to request it be deposited into your checking account which could take up to 3 days depending on how quickly your bank makes funds available.

One way to get around that is if you have the Paypal debit card, then you can just use that rather than having it transferred.
