In order to avoid paying me.Although still residing and working in original country where debt was incured?
This money was awarded to me by the courts after they were found guilty of an act of aggression towards me.

You can't. Data protection laws will stop that. However you may be able to go back to court and ensure that the money owed to you is deducted from his pay at source and transferred to you...
