I'm at least getting two to three E-mails per week from poeple in some or other country trying to get there moneys out-off Banks, promising you 40% of the money.
Where do they get my e-mail address from?
Can someone please help.
Or should i change my E-mail address.
Does Yahoo give out E-mail addresses?

Those are the biggest scams ever, its like a corrupt business run in like poverty stricken countries. I received a few as well, the letter looks pretty fake as well doesn't it?

There's lots of ways they get your addy--from you posting it at websites, from you registering at websites, from webcrawlers they send out, from chain letters ("forward this email to 10 people"), buying spam lists, from you replying to spam, from you opening spam, guessing at addys, but Yahoo does not give it out--that would obviously kill their business if word got out.
Yahoo mail has several features you can use to ease the burden. On a mail page click Options.
~Set up the Spam Protection.
~Set up several Disposable Addresses--such as one for chat, another for shopping, another for registering at websites, etc
~Set up your Filters so that anything to those addys goes to it's own folder & when they start collecting spam, delete the disposable & create a new one
~Set up General Preferences to make your email work efficiently
~Mark Spam on any spam that gets thru the spam filter so that it can learn what you consider spam
