if you have an account with paypal they have your address and all that linked to your e-mail address

You have to set up an account with PayPal. You tell them your bank account info. They make two tiny deposits into it, and you have to tell them the amounts to prove you in fact own the account. (Then they take the tiny deposits back!)
After that, when people send money to your "email address", PayPal actually holds it in your PayPal account until you request they send it to your bank.

Once you are registered with paypal, they have your account numbers..so all you have to do is have someone send you money under the email address that you have registered to paypal and they do the rest.Your email address is linked to your account. Once paypal recieves money for you via your email address it electronically sends it to the bank account number that you registered, so that you dont have to give out your banking info to get funds deposited

They have to have a PayPal account and so do you. They then go to the option of "send money" and it will ask for your email address. Be sure to use the email address that's attached to your PayPal account. Then after the transfer is made you need to go to your PayPal account and ask it to withdraw funds. Then you should see the money in a few days, or you can withdraw it from an ATM for a fee.
