most places need just identification ...anything thru the country/state/city with aphoto and signature....try western union

No bank account? Well that rules out bank to bank transfer. You must have an account in order to do this. Otherwise, try Western Union.
If they can do it, then you must tell Western Union that the beneficiary will pick up the funds via PUPID. - Pay upon proper identification.
