Depends on where the banks are located.

For banks in the US to another bank in the US it should be less than a week, about 3-5 days.

For banks from overseas to the US, it will take longer.

If it is a bank to bank transfer within the United States it takes seconds. Once the sending bank releases it to the Federal Reserve it takes seconds. Its just like sending an email.
