I am looking for a way to register and operate a money transfer institution in USA. I dont know where to start from and where to look into the proceedures. I am looking for a freelance Layer or a person having a finance studies background or anyone with the relevant knowledge to seek advice.

Do you have the millions of dollars needed to buy a bank? Because you will have to own a bank in order to do what you are asking.
