pay pal will work but only if the seller sets it up to their bank account.

Paypal is the best, but the previous answer is correct. International Bank Transfer, if you can get their account info. MoneyTT, have a good record, but again you need account info, and you have to register.Western Union/Moneygram have the risk of the receiver taking your money and running.
