I am living in Italy and have an Italian bank account. I need to transfer money to a business in Australia. In Italy exists an IBAN number and with this the fees are very small. I would like to know if accounts in Australia have an IBAN number so I can transfer the money with out be charge highly or something equivalent. Thank you very much.

IBAN is international bank account number of an account which is maintained in a bank in Europe such as Italy. The IBAN is used conveniently to identify the receiving account for international money transfers.
To transfer money to Australia from Italy using the bank-to-bank transfer facility which I believe is the least expensive, you need the following information: name of the beneficiary, his address, his bank account number, the name and address of his bank and the bank's routing number. It is the bank in Australia that can provide you its international money transfer "routing number."
