Please take note that all entrepreneurs are businessmen but not all businessmen are entrepreneurs.

According to Professor Andy Ferreria, an entrepreneur must:
1. become the best entrepreneur he can be
2. bring the enterprise to the highest level it can reach
3. develop people working in the enterprise to perform to the limits of their ability.
