Don't do it!

Just an FYI to be a "true" day-trader you have to maintain an account balance in your brokerage account of $25,000. Also unless you can spend all day every day sitting in front of a computer you will end up losing a lot of money quickly.

Just my opinion, but you may want to learn about swing-trading instead of day-trading.

Day trading refers to the practice of buying and selling financial instruments within the same trading day such that all positions will usually (not necessarily always) be closed before the market close of the trading day. Traders that participate in day trading are called day traders.
