before starting a medical billing business, i know you have to have clients, your business lic. all claims are done electronicly now. so who do you get in contact with to do all these eclectronicly? doesn't your pc has be been connected with a clearing house and the insurance company?

There's softare that you can buy. Create a mailing list of all the local Dr. offices and tell them about your business. Remember to keep your charges competive.

If you have to ask these questions here, it doesn't sound like you have the knowledge you'll need to operate a medical billing business.
