I was almost at the end of getting my real money account for Full Tilt. Problems started to occur when I wanted to take out money I know I had in the bank. Then the message said bank declined your transaction. Is there any way around this because I really want to play at Full Tilt Poker.

you have to speak first with FTP personnel, whom will give you directions in how to approach your bank representatives and credit issuer

Try making an ePassporte account. Just go to ePassporte.com and follow the instructions and use that to fund your FTP account.

The U.S. government has been coming down hard on financial institutions who process payouts for online casinos. Some online casinos have had more success that others. Full Tilt Poker isn't the only site to play poker online.
Yes it's simple. Get an account at epassporte.com and use that to transfer money from your bank and in to Full Tilt.

You have a few options to choose from;
*Open an epassporte account
*Phone FullTilt and have them run your card (many times they can get an approval over the phone even if you were declined online)
*Use a money transfer service like MoneyGlobal (they are located in every WalMart)

Sign up with ePassporte. The process takes a few weeks, so if you want to play right away, buy an All Access Visa Gift card from a grocery store and register your name to it online. Use this card to fund your account, and you're good to go.
