I currently live in Pennsylvania and i am looking for a good place to get student loans. What are some good places to get student loans that dont have outrageous interest and dont need a cosigner?

well if you apply for fasfa.. which is a govenrment financiall aid program, they will determine if you are eligible for any funds and if so award them, but after that process is through they offer federal loans that have pretty low interest rates as well. I personally use sallie mae for my student loans. I dunno about low interest rates but the one thing you have to remember about a student loan is that you arent responsible to start paying back until atleast 6 months AFTER you graduate! big plus

This is probably the only situation in which I'd ever recommend working directly with the federal government, but in this case it's the best option. File a FAFSA and they'll arrange a low-interest loan.
You should only look for student loans from the outside when the FAFSA process has failed somehow (if you didn't qualify, for example). You're not going to find a better lending situation elsewhere, so it should be your second choice.
In USA there are no private student loans without collateral. For example Astrive say "Most applicants need a co-signer to be approved". EFP say: "Students with established credit history should still consider applying with a co-borrower to obtain the best possible loan terms."...
