I applied for a stafford loan not knowing that you can't when you are disqualify from financial aid.

So now my question is, is this site legit?

Have any of you guys ever applied through this? and How did the process take place?

If you are disqualified from financial aid, then you have to options 1. Talk to your school student financial services to pay your tuition monthly, or take school approved loan, they will let you know.
2. Apply for private loan, do not apply for chase, it's a scam. They rip people off.
